Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of higher education, curriculum development, and quality assurance, designing and evaluating programs that meet both learner needs and institutional or corporate goals.

A Global Drive
I’ve always loved working in an international, multi-cultural environment. My experience spans international universities, EU-funded education projects, and industry-aligned training initiatives across Europe and the Caribbean. I’ve collaborated with stakeholders to shape learner-centered programs, support accreditation efforts, and improve educational outcomes in diverse contexts.

Expanding into Digital Learning
In the last few years, I’ve expanded into instructional and learning experience (LX) design. I realized that I could actually combine two of my passions: education and LX design. Creating digital learning experiences now brings together my blend of experience in education, curriculum design & evaluation, and professional development. 

As you can see in this portfolio, I loved working on projects in the iGaming and luxury hospitality sectors, where I got to design and deliver training on leadership, soft skills, and real-world performance. It was exciting to create learning that people could actually use on the job and that would be fun to do.

How I Work
Whether I’m building a framework for curriculum review or designing a microlearning module, my approach is structured, empathetic, and grounded in the science of learning.

What’s Next
After nearly 10 years living and working in the Caribbean, I’m now back in Europe and open to freelance collaborations or longer-term roles with organizations that invest in people and learning.
